- Supplier Assessment: Suppliers of copper, aluminum, PVC, and XLPE are evaluated for certifications, consistency, and compliance with standards.
- Material Quality Verification: Raw materials are tested for conductivity, insulation strength, flexibility, and durability.
- Process Quality Check: Conductor resistance, insulation thickness, and other parameters are monitored throughout manufacturing.
- End Product Validation: Final products undergo rigorous checks to ensure compliance with safety and durability standards.
- Internal & Third-Party Assessment: Audits and inspections by ERDA or CPRI build trust for domestic and export markets.

Regular Calibration: All test equipment and apparatus are regularly calibrated by government-approved testing houses to ensure accuracy and product quality.
